Professional Bottlenecks and Targeted Suggestions for Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges

This paper analyzes the professional bottlenecks limiting career development of young teachers in vocational colleges, including insufficient teaching skills, limited research capacity, and restricted progression. Targeted recommendations involve fostering teachers’ skills capabilities through mentorship, training, participation competition guidance. Addressing these effectively develops competencies, contributing innovative ideas practices to improve education quality, cementing their role as next generation educators.
